Job Description/Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of application modules in an Agile framework
- Analyze and break down complex problems into smaller atomic units of work.
- Do unit testing for the development work carried out and fix bugs
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
- Conduct and participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
- Learn and adopt new technologies within short time periods as per project requirements.
- Produce technical documentation as per the requirements of the project.
- Remain up to date with the modern industry practices involved in designing & developing high-quality software.
- Do performance engineering and identify and fix bottlenecks
- Act as a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance.
Experience Requirement:
- JavaScript – 4+ years of experience on MERN Stack (Node.js, MongoDB, Express and React)
- 4+ years of experience with production-ready applications
- 4+ years of experience with 2 or more UI frameworks
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Deep understanding of REACT.js, API, Elastic Search, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js libraries (such as Redux, jest etc)
- Experience in testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme or Mocha.
- Knowledge of Node server, Socket connections and mechanisms to handle real-time async data
- Experience with Elasticsearch (Lucene queries).
- Experience with API Design Experience with DB Design (document and relational databases like Mysql, MongoDB etc.)
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, writing queries, etc.
- Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols
- Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Swagger
- Experience working in Agile Framework and lead Scrum meetings
