Project Role : Consultant | Operations
Platform Management & Support :
- Systems Administration: Provide end-to-end support for core platforms, including Genesys, Saleschat, Vindhya, and Arrowhead.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full onboarding and offboarding process for platform users.
- Technical Vendor Support: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving vendor-related technical issues and troubleshooting platform discrepancies.
- Feature Implementation: Lead the end-to-end integration and rollout of new vendor platform features to enhance operational capabilities.
