Job Description
Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Collection Manager to oversee and manage the collection operations for unsecured loans across multiple regions of Telengana, Andhra Pradesh,Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, particularly in the real of unsecured loans, and will be responsible for leading a team of collection agents to ensure timely and effective recovery of outstanding balances.The HR Business Partner will support operations(NBFC/MSME) in the South and Central regions of India, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, hiring for Junior to Mid- Senior level positions, and enhancing employee experience. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned regions.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead mass hiring initiatives for different level positions
- Develop and implement efficient high-volume recruitment strategies in the MSME/Individual Loans/microfinance industry.
Strategic Partnership
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
- Provide HR guidance to regional business leaders
Performance Management
- Guide managers in performance reviews and improvement plans
- Analyze performance data and recommend actions
Employee Relations
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts
- Promote positive work culture and engagement
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement learning programs
- Evaluate program effectiveness and promote continuous learning
HR Operations
- Manage attendance and regional HR practices
- Support HR initiatives and change management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as HRBP in NBFC/MSME/Microfinance industry
- Proven experience in mass hiring initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Regional language skills preferred (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Hindi)
