Project Role : Vice President – Human Resources
Company Overview: We are a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC) specializing in
providing financial solutions to individuals. Currently focus on providing micro loans for
income generation that enable sustainable livelihood creation. We are committed to
helping our customers manage their finances effectively and responsibly. Our field agents
play a crucial role in debt collection and customer interactions.
Role Overview: The VP Human Resources will be responsible for the strategic planning and
implementation of learning and development programs across the organization. This role
focuses on creating the next level of leaders through comprehensive training programs,
understanding banding and competency mapping, and fostering a culture of growth and
well-being. Additionally, the HR Head will strategize recruitment processes to ensure the
organization attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Design and deliver leadership training programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Conduct banding and competency mapping to identify skill gaps and development needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet the needs of various teams.

• Forecast recruitment needs and develop strategic plans to attract and retain
talent.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams (internal and external) to ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 14- 17 years of experience in HR with a focus on learning and development, leadership training, and strategic HR planning.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi and a regional language (preferred)
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently as required.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to develop and mentor future leaders.
• Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing HR metrics and data to inform decision- making.
• Industry: BFSI/ NBFC industry experience a plus
