Project Role : Lender Onboarding &
Integrations Manager (Lending Tech)
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering,
documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support technology initiatives across our
lending business. The role involves working closely with business, risk, product, and engineering
teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Responsibilities:
Lender Onboarding & Integrations
- Own end-to-end onboarding of new lenders onto the platform (LOS, APIs, decisioning, KFS, agreements, etc.)
- Work with lenders to understand their API specifications, data requirements, and workflows – Translate lender requirements into clear integration requirements and technical flows – Coordinate with engineering teams to build, test, and deploy integrations – Ensure all onboarding milestones are tracked and delivered within timelines
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data flows, and system workflows – Experience managing external partner/vendor integrations
- Ability to debug issues using logs, API responses, and data analysis
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- High ownership with ability to manage multiple lenders and priorities simultaneously
